U31 is an award-winning Toronto-based interior architecture and design studio founded in 2000 by Kelly Cray, Neil Jonsohn and Nancy Dyson. The firm focuses on diverse commercial, residential and hospitality projects for clients across the globe, including luxury homes and large scale mixed-use developments.

Kelly studied Interior Design at Algonquin College in the advanced studio program and is NCIDQ certified. Kelly draws inspiration from popular culture and his many travels throughout North America, Europe and Asia; he has journeyed twice to China to receive the International Council of Interior Architects and Designers RING award. “Good design should be thought provoking – one that elevates a person’s relationship with his/her environment.”Kelly Cray says.

Neil Jonsohn毕业于 Ryerson University的室内设计专业，并且通过了NCIDQ认证。他在豪华住宅和大型住宅项目的设计和设计管理方面的经验被定义为具有洞察力的能力，能够用整体的方法来解释客户的愿景。Neil Jonsohn说：“成功的设计不仅仅是文字的对话，而且每一个客户都是独一无二的”。

Neil is a graduate of Ryerson University’s Interior Design program and he is NCIDQ certified. His experience in the design and design management of luxury homes and large-scale residential projects is defined by an insightful ability to interpret a client’s vision with a holistic approach.“Successful design is a dialogue of more than just words and is as distinctive as each client is unique.”Neil Jonsohn says.

Nancy Dyson毕业于Guelph University并获得商务学士学位。在酒店和设计行业都工作过的她深知，在一个创意领域，没有两个项目是完全相同的。 Nancy Dyson说：“我们所做的一切都是正直和专业的。”

Nancy graduated from the University of Guelph and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree; having worked in both the hospitality and design industries she understands well that in a creative field no two projects are ever the same. “There is integrity and professionalism in all that we do”.Nancy Dyson says.
