Banda is a london-based diversified design firm covering portfolio strategy, planning and development, asset management, private housing, interior design and architecture. It was founded in 2007 by founder Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Hehas extensive experience in the acquisition and financing of complex residential developments and joint ventures with UK and international partners.

13–19 Leinster Square

The Notting Hill housing estate at Leinster Square is a beautiful building with a history dating back to 1850. A former hotel was completely rebuilt and turned into a 15-apartment housing complex that includes eight wings, five townhouses and two penthouses.

Banda Property为这套位于第三层的230平方米的公寓提供了设计方案。这套公寓有三间卧室、一间厨房、一间餐厅和一间客厅。在他们的作品中，工作室只使用了色调柔和的天然材料：大理石、石灰华、玛瑙、木材、天鹅绒、亚麻和羊毛。设计师希望所有的房间都是独一无二的，她为每个房间都找到了一些特殊的古董，将它们与现代家具以及定制的物品结合起来。

Banda Property provided the design for the 230-square-metre flat on the third floor. The flat has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. For their work, the studio uses only natural materials in pastel tones: marble, travertine, agate, wood, velvet, linen and wool. The designer wanted all the rooms to be unique, and she found some special antiques for each room and combined them with modern furniture and bespoke items.

The three-bedroom apartment, overlooking the vast London Garden Square, is designed with a more dramatic interior theme, featuring coloured brass, bold Calacatta Oro marble and exaggerated furniture carefully designed for the space. Banda Property softened the look with knitted wool, linen, velvet and rattan, and introduced unexpected elements such as the cinema's custom popcorn maker, abstract art and bold sculptures.
