Boston Villa

豪华美感现代

Boston is a collection of seven secluded and impeccably crafted luxury residences. Period details with a contemporary application are the focus. High skirtings, ten foot ceilings, timber paneling and brass detailing flow through the interiors accompanied by a backdrop of lush gardens and view lines. Every detail withing Boston is bespoke and high-end, from the angle of a timber stair to the curved stone of an island bench.

The one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residential projects of eleven custom houses, led by Mim Design, evoke Tamarama's mesmerizing seaside charm and low-key elegance. Each house has its own unique style and is a custom expression of extraordinary design essence. Curved walls and stone benches salute the undulating waves nearby.

Coastal Pavilion

A brand new house in Sorrento, Naples, Italy, located near a rocky backbeach, draws on the coastal landscape through the use of original elements and materials. The relaxed coastal lifestyle here combines with urban minimalism to create a tranquil and textural home.

The transition from interior to exterior flows seamlessly and continuously, defined by expansive sliding glass walls. The medieval-style pavilion USES a streamlined form stacked with the landscape to provide functional comfort and elegance in life, while the simplicity of the material palette returns to the region's European historical roots.
