David Collins Studio has designed hotels and catering projects all over the world, including the Mandarin Oriental in Doha, Le Méridien in Seoul and the Ritz Carlton in Bangkok. The Michelin three-star restaurant TAK Room, the restaurant The Carriage House in Adare Manor, one of Ireland's most famous resort hotels, and the Kerridge London restaurant hosted by a Michelin-starred chef in London, etc. The projects they create are extremely luxurious, refined and classic.

Nobu Hotel London

Inspired by Japanese architectural disciplines and minimalist design, with a refined colour palette taking cues from heritage colour combinations, the 249-room property will feature a signature Nobu Restaurant, bar and outdoor terrace, plus a 600-person ballroom, gym, wellness facilities and five meeting spaces.

David Collins Studiohas been tasked with designing the hotel’s common spaces, including the lobby, lobby lounge, Nobu Bar and Restaurant, outdoor terrace, ballroom and boardrooms. Extensive research into Japanese arts and crafts was integral to the design process, with the team exploring traditional architecture, panelling and patterns – tatami mats and Buro (patchwork) as well as the ancient art of Sumi-e (mark making) – and reinterpreting the aesthetic points of reference in contemporary fashion.

TAK Room

Located in New York's Hudson Yards, the TAK Room, designed by Studio David Collins, serves refined and redesigned European cuisine. Its head chef Thomas Keller has been praised for his high standards and currently has seven Michelin stars. "The Tak Room pays tribute to a time when eating out was both a special activity and a social experience," says Thomas Keller.

Kerridge’s Bar & Grill

Kerridge's Bar & Grill Restaurant, located within the Corinthia Hotel in London, is the first London Restaurant by renowned Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge. A relaxed brewery style restaurant with a nearby bar open all day, the interior was designed by Studio David Collins.

Simon Rawlings, Creative Director at David Collins Studio, tells us his vision for the project: "My vision for Kerridge's Bar & Grill Restaurant is based on something Tom and his team have created. It's not about recreating those experiences, but designing an interior that connects to them -- there's a sense of comfort in this incredibly Victorian room, as well as nostalgia, familiarity and ultimate comfort.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House features a unique BBQ restaurant, charming cocktail bar and lounge, spacious glass patio, cigar lounge and private dining room. Every detail of the restaurant's interior has been chosen to celebrate the natural beauty of Adare Manor and foster a sense of effortless affluence. Decorations in the lobby set the tone for the grand entrance, centerpiece by a replica of a patented Mercedes-Benz car, high ceilings and stone steps leading to the famous colonnade and rotunda.
